How and where should I store my product(s)?

In short, keep and store all Avialuxe products in a cool, dry area to maintain the quality and integrity of the product(s).

My hair butter arrived / became melty

Our hair butters are made with rich organic butters that are melted and whipped to obtain a creamy & fluffy consistency but we live in a tropical country so unfortunately there is a chance you may receive it slightly melted or over time it may melt. Not to worry, the hair & scalp benefits are still active and your hair butter is still useable. Just store in a cool area or even refrigerate to prevent further melting and maintain consistency.

Can I keep my leftover Herbal Clay Masque in my bathroom or room?

The Powdered Blend and Infused Oil are to be mixed with water so keeping the leftover mix in those places will cause bacteria/mold. Place in the refrigerator if you have leftovers and it usually lasts a week.
